Immerse yourself in a magical environment to practice yoga, martial arts and movement as you prepare to take on 2017 with a renewed sense of purpose. Our retreats aim to inspire personal growth and supportive community while focusing on movement practices that connect and challenge the body and mind.
We will practice in the open air of the jungle, hike down to beautiful waterfalls, take part in soul-awakening workshops and develop a supportive community of friends on a truly rustic adventure that will reconnect you with yourself and with nature.

Asana, in Sanskrit, means pose or posture. The retreat's name is representative of our vision; to bring people together to share a rejuvenating and transformative week of yoga & movement, outdoor adventure and significant chill time in an eco-conscious environment.
Chill’Asana by the hot tub, read in a hammock, spend time alone or with others, explore some of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica, go white water rafting - make it your ideal vacation! Plenty of activities will be offered on-site while leaving ample time to make new friends, unplug and reconnect.
We welcome all levels of experience. You don't need to be a yogi or a martial artist, you just need to be a human being interested in learning, exploring and growing! Basic familiarity with yoga is recommended but not required.

VIP CASITA
These Casitas have windows that open to prime views of the Rainforest or the Caribbean Sea. Each of them is in its own secluded area in the forest and has a King bed, a private bathroom, a quiet terrace with a hammock and is set in a little tropical garden with local flora. These Casitas are ideal for couples.
SINGLE OCUPANCY $2,125 DOUBLE OCCUPANCY $1,900 per person

CLASSIC CASITA
These Casitas are each in their own secluded area in the forest and have an additional lofted sleeping area. There is a private bathroom and a terrace with a hammock and they are set in a little tropical garden planted with local flora.
DOUBLE OCCUPANCY $1,570 per person

CASA GRANDE
This 4 bedroom 2 bathroom lodge is situated in the Rainforest a few minutes walk from the restaurant and reception area. It features a full kitchen, rainforest and sea views, an oversized balcony with hammocks, and ceiling fans. Plan to share a bathroom.
Can be booked as a single, double or up to 5 people: $1,350 per person

GUEST HOUSE
The Guest House is situated a short walk from the restaurant and reception area. It consists of 5 adjoining private rooms with two shared bathrooms, one for men and another for women. Features rainforest views and a terrace with hammocks.
