When I started taking classes from Meagan everything about my yoga practice changed for the better. Her classes taught me the basics I desperately needed, offered me the encouragement to push myself further, and gave me the inspiration to keep going. Meagan’s knowledge of the principals of yoga and her sincere care for all her students make you want to take her class whenever possible. I look forward to attending Meagan’s classes and workshops for her fun and light-hearted approach. I always learn something new and have a blast doing it. I’m hooked!

It really does not matter where the retreat is, Aruba and Mexico were a bonus, it matters that you go with an open heart and know that you are in for a life changing experience. It is something that I cannot imagine my life without.

It should be mandatory for everyone in the world to attend a Jen E. Smith yoga retreat once a year. It took about 3 minutes for me to instantly relax and focus on rejuvenating.After the retreat I was a more generous, kinder, more sympathetic, more empathetic, and better all around person because I stayed at the retreat longer than that original 3 minutes and took the entire 5 days for myself.

“Retreat Yourself Well” yoga retreats are something I look forward to each year. I have been on 2 and both changed my life in small and wonderful ways. There is a magic that Jen creates when she brings a group together. Maya Tulum was an amazing place to spend a week and recharge. Both retreats I’ve been involved in were very well organized and had many options as far as activities and Spa treatments and the food was healthy and delicious and plentiful. I’ve met wonderful new friends that I still keep in touch with after the trip is over. . I would recommend “Retreat Yourself Well” yoga retreats to anyone interesting in a soulful experience and a healthy vacation.
